Description
Just as no garden is complete without turnips, neither is the local Chicago music scene without this up and coming pop/rock juggernaut band. Known as the Bleeding Turnips, or simply The Turnips to their fans, this four-member band blaze through one amazing set after another with their own written originals and classic covers. Quickly becoming a favorite on the northside, they are now regulars at notable Chicago venues like The Elbo Room, Beat Kitchen, Rory's and Weeds. They have parlayed that into regional, national and international exposure from their involvement in the critically acclaimed Blake Babies / Juliana Hatfield tribute CD Become What You're Not. The Bleeding Turnips are all about clever, compact and driving power pop original tunes, but make no mistake...while they do amazing renditions of Blondie, The Cranberries and current superstars No Doubt, their real appeal is original material with a pop rock spin.

Blind Man's Bluff
Blind Man's Bluff play Gritty, edgy, aggressive modern rock with funk influences and a strong emphasis on vocal harmony. Lyrically, the band shares its most intimate reflections through powerfully resonant storylines.
